A Message of Gratitude
As Thanksgiving approaches and our construction season comes to a close, it is a fitting moment to pause and reflect on everything we are grateful for
at Hoffman Construction. At the top of that list is our people!
This season brought its share of challenges: long days, tough weather, complex jobs, and high-pressure timelines. Yet time and again, our crews and teams rose to the occasion. The work you completed, the professionalism you brought to every site, and the commitment to SAFETY you demonstrated throughout the year are what make Hoffman Construction the company it is today.
We are grateful to the individuals in the field, the teams supporting operations, the leaders driving our projects, and the families who support our workers. Your dedication is the reason we finish our season strong and continue to build excellence year after year.
As we wrap up another successful season, we hope you take time to rest, recharge, and enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday with the people who matter most.
From all of us at Hoffman Construction, THANK YOU
for your hard work, your resilience, and your commitment to doing things the right way. We are truly grateful to each and every one of you.
Celebrating Troy Myher’s Retirement
After almost three decades of dedicated service, Hoffman Construction Company proudly recognizes the retirement of Troy Myher, who began his career with HCC in 1998. Throughout his time here, Troy became known as a cornerstone of our operation, someone we could always count on when the stakes were high and the work was challenging.
Troy was a key member of what many referred to as our “A Team.” When a project faced unexpected hurdles or demanded a steady and experienced hand, Troy was the person we called. His ability to step in, assess the situation, and guide a crew forward set him apart as a leader both in the field and among his peers.
His leadership, technical skill, and unwavering work ethic have made a lasting impact on Hoffman Construction. More importantly, Troy leaves behind a legacy of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork, qualities that will continue to influence the crews who had the opportunity to work alongside him.
We extend our sincere THANKS to Troy for his many contributions to HCC and the vital role he played in our success over the years. His retirement is well-deserved, and while he will be missed, his impact will continue to be felt across our projects and our company.
Please join us in congratulating Troy and wishing him the very best in this next chapter!
BRF Crew Luncheon
The Black River Falls shop and office teams wrapped up the season with a luncheon on November 19 at Ho-Chunk Casino. It was a great chance for the BRF crew to get together, share a meal, and celebrate another successful year. THANK YOU for all the hard work, team!
