Happy Holidays Hoffman Team

Bells and ribbon
As we celebrate the Holidays and look ahead to a new year, we would like to take a moment to thank everyone at Hoffman Construction for all that you contributed to 2025.

This year was marked by significant accomplishments across our projects, meaningful moments shared by our team, and continued growth in who we are as a company. From major progress on our multi-year interstate work at Brackett and Hudson, to steady advancement on the Jordan interchange, to strong seasons on projects like Victoria, Franklin, Mankato, and many others. Your dedication helped deliver safe, high-quality results across every job. These milestones reflect the skill, effort, and professionalism you bring to the field each day.

But 2025 was also shaped by the personal moments you shared: new babies, weddings, anniversaries, retirements, hunting successes, team events, community involvement, and simple day-to-day wins that reminded us of the people behind the work.

Thank you for opening the door to those parts of your lives and allowing us to celebrate them with you. Your stories are what make these newsletters meaningful and what make Hoffman feel like a family.

As we head into 2026, we look forward to another year of progress, new achievements, and continuing to highlight the people who make this company exceptional.

From all of us at Hoffman Construction, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. We wish you and your families a safe, joyful, and restful holiday season.

UGLY SWEATERS, SOUP & CHILI FUN AT BRF OFFICE

To wrap up the season and celebrate the holidays, our Black River Falls team gathered for a festive Soup & Chili Cookoff and Ugly Sweater Contest. The friendly competition brought plenty of great food, laughter, and some unforgettable sweaters.

In the soup division, April Darst took first place with her Lasagna Soup, followed by Keri Nandory with her Cabbage Stew. The chili competition was decided by just one point, with Dan Theiler earning first place for his Texas-style chili and Chris Goss taking second.

Chris didn’t leave with just one honor; he also claimed the title of Ugly Sweater Champion, winning the vote with a commanding 78% of the vote.

Thank you to everyone who cooked, tasted, voted, and joined in the fun. It was a great way to celebrate the season together and close out the year on a warm, lighthearted note!
