From major progress on our multi-year interstate work at Brackett and Hudson, to steady advancement on the Jordan interchange, to strong seasons on projects like Victoria, Franklin, Mankato, and many others. Your dedication helped deliver safe, high-quality results across every job. These milestones reflect the skill, effort, and professionalism you bring to the field each day.

But 2025 was also shaped by the personal moments you shared: new babies, weddings, anniversaries, retirements, hunting successes, team events, community involvement, and simple day-to-day wins that reminded us of the people behind the work.

The Beaver Dam project team stepped up this holiday season to support the Dodge County Toy Drive. Hoffman crews collected and delivered toys to help brighten the holidays for local families.
