TO OUR HOFFMAN TEAM
At Hoffman Construction, our work speaks for itself—but it’s our people who lay the foundation for our success.
Behind every project is a team of skilled, dedicated individuals who bring experience, focus, and integrity to the job each day. From field crews to support staff, every role matters.
Thank you for the early mornings and long days and for keeping safety a top priority. Your pride in your work and support for one another make a real difference—not just in what we build but also in how we’re known.
We’re proud of our projects, and even more proud of the team that makes them possible. Thank you for all you do!

JULY PROJECT UPDATES
FRANKLIN, WISCONSIN
A key enhancement will be constructing a new multi-use path, improving pedestrian and cyclist access along the stretch. With lane closures, full roadway closures to non-local traffic, and intersection reconstruction planned, our team is dedicated to maintaining safety, efficiency, and access for nearby residences and businesses.
Great work to everyone on-site for keeping this high-traffic project on schedule!

IXONIA, WISCONSIN
Crews are making steady progress on the STH 16 project between Watertown and Ixonia. Major work includes redecking the Rock River Bridge, installing a 300-foot-long, 18-foot-deep culvert pipe, and prepping over three miles of roadway for asphalt paving.
Current operations involve concrete removal, grading, geogrid placement, and aggregate work along the mainline, moving west from Hustisford Road. The future roundabout at Oak Hill Road is also stripped and prepped for grading. Once complete, the project will feature a new concrete roundabout in Watertown, upgraded storm sewer systems, and eight miles of new asphalt, enhancing safety, traffic flow, and long-term durability along this key corridor.

NEW BERLIN, WISCONSIN

Hoffman Construction is leading the pavement replacement project on Moorland Road (CTH O), stretching from National Avenue (CTH ES) to Cleveland Avenue (CTH D) in the City of New Berlin.
This project is a collaborative effort with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and Waukesha County. It focuses on upgrading the roadway for improved durability and traffic flow.
Construction will involve lane reductions to one lane in each direction, with a reduced 25 mph speed limit throughout the work zone. Motorists are advised to expect delays and consider alternate routes when possible.
We’re proud to be working with local and state partners to deliver safer, smoother roads for the community.

SUPPORTING MENTAL HEALTH AT WORK
At Hoffman, we understand that mental health is just as important as physical safety. We know work can bring its own pressures, and life outside of work isn’t always easy either. That’s why it’s important to check in with yourself and with the people around you. Small conversations can make a big difference, especially when someone’s going through a tough time.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed or just need someone to talk to, help is available. Hoffman offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and other confidential resources. These services are free to use and completely private. You may also be able to access occupational health support through our HR team.
Quick Tips to Support Your Mental Well-being:
- Talk to someone you trust about how you’re feeling
- Stay active in ways that work for you
- Eat well and get adequate rest
- Maintain boundaries between work and home
- Reach out for help—you’re not alone
We’re all in this together. Looking out for each other, whether by lending an ear or sharing a resource, helps make Hoffman a better place to work.
