CELEBRATING THE 2025 SEASON: A MESSAGE FROM CHRIS GOSS – HCC CREW LUNCHEONS

Throughout September and October, our leadership team had the privilege of visiting each of our project sites for the annual end-of-season SAFETY luncheons. These events are an important tradition that allows us to pause, reflect, and recognize the outstanding efforts of our teams across the company.

This season, we once again demonstrated what can be accomplished when dedication, teamwork, and a strong commitment to SAFETY come together. The successful completion of our projects, delivered SAFELY, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, is a direct reflection of the professionalism and pride our crews bring to their work every day.

Crews also viewed videos that highlighted HCC’s culture of care and excellence, including the powerful Badge of Courage video, a reminder that SAFETY isn’t just a policy, but a shared value that unites everyone at Hoffman Construction Company.

We know the challenges this season has presented: unpredictable weather, complex underground utilities, high-traffic work zones, and intricate project designs. Despite these obstacles, our teams rose to the occasion and delivered exceptional results.

As we wrap up another season, we’re proud to recognize the teams that continue to embody The “Hoffman Way”: hard work, teamwork, and integrity on every job site. Thank you to every crew member for your commitment to building excellence and prioritizing SAFETY in everything you do.

These luncheons provide us with valuable time to connect directly with our crews, discuss SAFETY, challenges, and successes, and express our gratitude in person. The pride we take in our work is visible in every mile of roadway we build and every project we complete safely.
